All content, design, code, and functionality within FIBC.AI is the property of FIBC.AI and its licensors. You retain ownership of any data you input into the platform. We do not claim ownership of your enquiry data, planning configurations, or business information.

5. Limitation of Liability

FIBC.AI is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FIBC.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if you violate these terms or engage in any conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
